If you read yesterday's blog, then you know what I mean . . .
It is now official - my whole department was given thirty days' notice. Oddly enough as it sounds I am relieved: now the cloud that has been hanging over us for the past year has finally dissipated. There were some people who were surprised by the announcement, which is understandable since we have been the best in the company statistically. But, these things do happen. And fortunately, we are not being kicked to the curb empty-handed. So, get ready, Vegas, 'cause here I come! I'll be there in time for the 4th of July festivities, so let's make the fireworks extra special!!
